Loop Dome

Loop Dome is an 18ft diameter bending-active dome structure made with glass fiber reinforced polymers (GFRP) and a thin elastic membrane covering. The whole structure including the membrane weighs only 128.6lb and was assembled in about four hours without any scaffolding with a group of seven people.
