The proposal demonstrates good research and references of the ceremonies of Hajj journey. We are not sure about the design outcome and the approach of stacking multi-storey units, both for the accommodation and service units. Simply because of the logistics and massive crowd management and hygiene, which will be a great challenge, specially for the vertical circulation. As for the space programming, the multi-storey units appears overloaded, and distribution of functions like, luggage and food storage, preying areas ..etc, needs to be elaborated. More attention needs to be taken to the in-between outdoor and public areas.
