Pumakalle Park

Pummakalle park is inspired by by the terraced landscapes of Denizli, Turkey. Imagined as the first in a series of dynamic waterfront parks, Pumakalle Park?s dynamic form takes advantage of the Bosphorus Straight?s grand vistas while actively supporting community gathering, social cohesion, and circulation.

This project explores the idea of water systems connecting through a network of vessels. Water moves through the site in an open loop; it is collected and directed into a cleansing system on site which purifies it on one side and releases it on the other. WALKWAY TO MEMORY

A path to introduce visitors to the history of Aleppo, orient them to the Citadel and emphasize the meeting point to the architectural and cultural complex of the old city. A light structured museum and a public exhibition intervened as an informing and expressive space. Simultaneously, Walkway To Memory allows the user to live the past for moments.
