urban design is the act of decision making related to organizing space in liaison with socio-economic, ecological and aesthetical aspects. In a case of unpredictable disaster that disturbs the mechanism of the city, the role of spatial planning is to implement “healing patches” that lead to recovery and improvement in the urban tissue.
