Revitalisation of Fort II in Poznań for the needs of the Folk Dance Ensemble headquarters
The thesis proposes the adaptive reuse of Fort II Stülpnagel in Poznań, Poland, as the headquarters for a Folk Dance Ensemble. Focusing on the occupied part of the fort, the project introduces facade restoration, landscape improvements, and sensitive interventions, including a partially covered courtyard, transforming the complex into a cultural center.

A thoughtful and well-researched adaptive reuse project that balances heritage conservation, cultural activity, and ecological sensitivity. The integration of the folk dance ensemble with the historic fort is particularly compelling.
