A good project that could have been more. It is graceful and evokes interesting ideas about community and the public realm. On the other hand it is a bit timid and stops short of being great.
The looking from birds-eye view is beautiful and generates new atmosphere. But it looks a bit over-scaled for people under the triangle roofs. It could be developed more regarding the scale with something new proposal about usage of the space.
The strength of this project is its openness, inviting passers-by from all sides. However, where one would have expected a sensitive dialogue with the landscape of the riverbank, the proposal never goes beyond mere formal studies.
