SMART CITY
The concept presented is to look at the construction of a single autonomous cell in an urban structure. The autonomous cluster "Smart City" contains all the necessary components of the urban space. The main quality of an autonomous cluster in a pandemic is the ability to isolate an entire cell with people, and not every person in their apartment.
