Presentation fails to present the concept ideas in the design and spatial experience. We do not see a relationship between the building, and the city at large.
Building a design on a sight line is difficult, and here you ignore the entire site for it and then close off the facade. A shame, because axes could easily have been cut into a form which reacts to its immediate situation. Having said that the plans are sensible, if a bit mall-like. I would have welcomed more development and demonstration of the interior.
