The project is conceived as a community-centric hub for the colourful culture of the 18th Arrondissement dwellers and visitors alike. The aim was to provide a hybrid of an oasis that could cultivate and host different programs, complimenting the success of the climate conscious restaurant and space, La Recyclerie.

Not sure that the spatial solution is successful. The linear nature of the site is further compromised.
