When designing The Eye Haven, it was a goal to ensure privacy and safety for everyone who stays there.

Thinking about what happens to the materials and the lot after the building is taken apart is important for the design of sustainable buildings. By planting trees in the surrounding area at the beginning of the life cycle, a fully-fledged forest remains at the end of the cycle and not an empty plot of land.
