The Other Side- Adaptive Reuse of Abandoned Prison
This project reimagines the abandoned Thane Central Jail as a vibrant civic precinct through adaptive reuse. By preserving its historic fabric and introducing cultural, recreational and community spaces, the project transforms a symbol of confinement into a place of memory, connection and everyday public life.
