THE FRAMES HOLDING THE TRIBUNES CAN ROTATE ABOUT A FIXED AXIS INTO DIFFERENT POSITIONS-- TRANSFORMING THE STADIUM INTO A BUILDING COMPLEX WITH MULTIPLE SPACES HAVING DIFFERENT FUNCTIONALITY (I.E. MARKET, FITNESS, ENTERTAINMENT, EXPO, MUSIC FESTIVAL, ETC.)
