The architecture looks stadium but actually this is only for digital public viewing. I believe there is certain new building type far from usual spatial type.

The design is congruent with the insensitivity of the blatant (and at best ignorant) use of an offensive symbol (the wartime era flag of Imperial Japan). — for which the project should be disqualified. No excuse for not knowing. The entrant should study history.
