The ZIL-IVE is the new Hustle Hub of Moscow; the most attractive residence for youths. The building proposes a new concept of co-living and co-working. It hosts many public functions that enhance the hub?s integration with the city. The new intervention will regenerate the former industrial site of ZIL by transforming it into a mixed urban environment.
