Un Nouveau Soleil is an approach to reclaim the abandoned railways in Paris through the approach of placemaking by encouraging citizens of Paris to reclaim the public space through empowering them to go and explore the unlimited possibilities of occupying the space in a way that benefit both of them and the communities surrounding these places.
