The rails are stretched in various angles as a ‘Net’. The ‘Frames’ made of sleepers are placed next to each other, making tubular space. The visitors can feel comfortable as if they relaxing in the shadow of a tree.People can choose their favorite Tube from various varieties of the sizes depends on their use or scale of their community.

The Community Platform bridges the existing tracks of the Petite Ceinture. The intervention interprets and enhances the spirit of the site. The aim is to create a place of "refuge" from the stress of the city, where urban life can take place at a slower pace while surrounded by nature. A place that allows for limitless arrangements of the space, and different "intensities", depending on the activity taking place.
