THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC HAS RAPIDLY ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY IN MALAYSIA, CHANGING EDUCATION AND WORK. SCHOOLS MOVED TO ONLINE LEARNING DURING LOCKDOWNS, SHOWING THE IMPORTANCE OF DIGITAL TOOLS IN EDUCATION. AT THE SAME TIME, MANY PEOPLE TURNED TO GIG WORK INSTEAD OF TRADITIONAL EDUCATION DUE TO ECONOMIC UNCERTAINTY. TECHNOLOGY MADE GIG JOBS MORE ACCESSIBLE.
REVITALIZING KOLAKOPA’S HERITAGE
This colonial era heritage site had remained forgotten for decades; no one had ever documented it, designed for it, or tried to preserve it. My thesis is the first to take action, aiming to protect these structures through adaptive reuse and cultural tourism. Visitors will experience history through role play, AR/VR, exhibitions, and museum spaces.

Water crisis is one big issue that has hit human life quietly but severely. This program is supposed to provide a collaborative way of the modern and traditional way of collecting water from nature. To be aware about this global issue and to honor the people around the world who have sacrificed their lives for this cause.
A lot of time has been spent on developing the visual aesthetic of the fog catcher resulting in a well-designed piece. The link to protest is less well developed and feels underexplored.

When I see the visualizations looking at the desert of the site through the rich nature inside the building, I understand this idea was simple yet powerful. I felt that the richness of nature, which we are losing nowadays, was combined with the surrounding context of the desert and It is created with contrast. I feel that the proposal has the power to make you imagine many things, such as: the beauty of nature, the transience, the dystopian future that one day this building will be the only one left with a rich of nature. The idea of minimizing the architecture itself and putting an emphasis on the earth's environment is great.
it's a shame that this project is a finalist ... eVolo skyscraper 2015 winner is the original project and concept ...

Game-Utopia explores 21st-century architecture through AI, algorithmic design, and immersive technologies.
