About Discussions Projects2 Journals9 Publications2 Competitions1

Bird watching spaces represent a specialized design challenge that requires understanding both avian behavior and human comfort. These projects balance ecological considerations with architectural innovation to create functional structures for observing and studying birds.

The community explores residential and observatory designs that facilitate bird watching, from window installations and nesting structures to dedicated facilities like migratory bird observatories. Projects range from intimate home-based solutions to landmark architectural interventions that serve research and public engagement.
