Endless Column (Fractal Edition)

Similarly to the Endless Column created by famous Romanian sculptor Constantin Brâncuși, this reimagined version aims to represent infinity through the theoretically infinitely stackable modules. Atomique

The basic concept for the design and layout of this housing project is inspired by the branching structure of the nuclei of atoms. Specifically, the modular units that make up the housing structure are designed to mimic the branches of an atom’s nucleus, while the cores and open spaces within the structure are meant to represent the nucleus itself.

INDELIBLE WOUND

Have you ever been down into the ground? We focus on what happens under the ground and the space we can look at in it. The goal is to show the harmony and contrast between nature and man-made. Lower your eyes from looking up at the sky to the ground. A space to experience and imagine the process from before the creation of Iceland to the future is provided.

THE CASTLE GARDEN

we imagine such a scene-- Children play with the light and shadow, shuttling between indoor & outdoor. The geometric order of the continuous roof and pure thick concrete construct the sense of ritual for this kindergarten, while the variable scale and the infiltration of the yard decompose the non-daily monumentality and construct a peaceful and poetic life.
