Peak: Resilient Parking

This project reimagines the East River waterfront in Manhattan as a resilient, inclusive, and sustainable neighborhood built from the ground up. Responding to the challenges of climate change, aging infrastructure, and social inequality, the design proposes a multi-use recreational corridor for flood protection systems and renewable energy networks.

Fluid Syntax

Alphabet City sits low on the East River, making it vulnerable to rising tides and powerful storms that flood and divide the neighborhood. But the goal isn’t just to recover, it’s to rethink how a city lives with water. Through Fluid Syntax, the city becomes a living system where infrastructure learns from nature and adapts in real time.

Tidal Nexus

As the climate crisis intensifies, coastal cities such as New York City must evolve to protect their waterfront communities. RainFlowTower_Urban Water Circulation Skyscraper

We live under towering skyscrapers, often feeling overwhelmed. To reduce this pressure, we propose a climate-responsive tower. Instead of rigid structures, the design embraces organic curves, creating a softer urban experience. With Singapore’s water agreement ending in 2061, the building integrates a rainwater system for self-sufficiency and security.

Luminary Tide

Creating a symbiosis between the four elements in an effort to regain humanities attention back from technology. Carefully selecting a site with a once historical gathering space that incorporates water and land, in order to rejuvenate the historical context, but also where the climate is cooler to integrate the concept of heat of a campfire.

Lumino-City

Our goal is for our park Lumino-City to serve a purpose and become a destination, not just a well-planned, coherent space. Our park is in New York City at the Robert F Wanger Jr. Park. There are 5 follies located on the site with the focus being light and community.

Fluid Spaces

Space is consisting of multi-layers like transportation, working, living, and the Presence of every individual person. The project "Fluid Spaces" is an architectural response to all these dynamic interactions. In this project, space is created within self-optimizable fluid expanded in a 3d magnetic field based on the evaluation of all different layers.

Magnet - Magnetic City

Magnet, a network of hybrid skyscrapers built up with magnetic levitation, rise in this Magnetic City. They form systems of clean energy supply and urban green space. They link the regions in the city, accommodate the functions of working space, commercial center, as well as the home for future transportation; attract people to gather here as a daily basis.

Narrative poem of the second element

The shape of the museum also implies a deconstructive monument, which not only contains the ecological reflection of the building on the surrounding sea, but also shows the story of space to people like the narrative story on the monument.
