About Discussions Projects52 Journals3 Publications7 Competitions2

Landscape architecture shapes how people experience outdoor spaces, from large-scale master plans to intimate gardens. It combines ecological considerations, spatial design, and materiality to create functional and meaningful environments.

The community explores landscape through diverse projects including sports facilities set within natural contexts, market spaces and pavilions, residential and cultural buildings nestled in green settings, and installations that respond to terrain and vegetation.

Interlude is a cultural centre that aims to collect, maintain and promote local traditions and in turn making a sustainable architecture that has almost no environmental impact, thus generating a unique cultural icon in Morocco and North Africa. Just like an interlude in music, this project aims to become a place to have a break from the routine.

The Grove

The concept of The Grove is to protect the mangroves. The roots are the most important aspect of the mangroves because they are what save the ground from eroding. They are a natural storm barrier and protect agricultural land from saltwater infiltration. Without the roots, waves would come in and out and take the land with it. Save the mangroves!
