1Best in CategoryBamboo Tree PavilionA pavilion structure that is inspired from the bamboo tree. The support structure for the pavilion has columns that are similar to the bamboo tree. The column supports of the pavilion are inspired from natural way in which the bamboo tree grows. The curving roof showcases an organic and flowy nature, spreading away from each other like a tree branch.
8People's Choice AwardWOVEN WORK Based on traditional patterns woven by Indian women, the project recalls a tradition based on manual labor as well as creative work. Because the patterns are made up of solids and voids, the project transfers them to a set of courtyards determined by the directional relationship of the weave formed by the modules and the courtyard.

10Special MentionJugnoo (firefly)Jugnoo is an accent lighting, wall mounting unit. Like a firefly?s ability to light up its tail and put it off, jugnoo, has an in-built mechanism of putting the lights on and off as per our will eliminating the need for a switch. This makes it a self-satisfying and portable design as there are no wires or external hardware involved.
11STACKED - living in and out of cubesThe project aims to animate a more open co-living where privacy is reduced to only a bed and the restroom.
