Magnet, a network of hybrid skyscrapers built up with magnetic levitation, rise in this Magnetic City. They form systems of clean energy supply and urban green space. They link the regions in the city, accommodate the functions of working space, commercial center, as well as the home for future transportation; attract people to gather here as a daily basis.

The Aeroscraper is a mixed-use super-tall tower aims to be a new paradigm for office building in the age of personal air travel. Technological advance makes the boundary between work and life blurred, we are in constant transitions between the two, moving from places to places. The design aims to make this transitional status more attractive and productive.

Every year thounds to people flees into Australia who seeking help and protection. Most of them are housed by the government in high-rise buildings in the big city like Melbourne. How could we create a space that encourage the merage of culture, both local and foreign, in a tiny space that crowd with high dense skyscrapers? Metabolism might be the answer...

We chose Sao Paulo as the location for our project. By distributing the individual functions inside the form, we wanted to show how a vertical city could look like. In the spirit of sustainable development, we propose several solutions: kinetic floors, rainwater, quantum glass, aquaphonica.

THE PYSHIELD TOWER

The Pyshield Tower is the name of our skyscraper. It is our contribution to the responsibilities of sustainable development. With its 480 meters high, it includes housing, offices, green spaces, shops, recreation areas, parking lots, waste treatment areas.

Port Tower

The 'Port Tower', the project is the conversion of all the functions in the Beirut container port into a public space where different groups in the area can come together by gathering at a single point. Moreover, it aims to fulfill civic responsibilities and ensure social and environmental sustainability.

Our project proposes an alternative approach towards skyscrapers; we hope to uplift the city, especially the Karun river, and purify the air of Ahvaz. Our project has the potential to become an icon by creating a diverse way of living and a connection with older city icons. This design was designed to meet the housing, social life and green areas of Şanlıurfa, one of the important cities of Turkey, and to prevent the destruction of agricultural lands. The design was made as two different functions as a residence and a shopping area.

Project consists of a tower placed at the seashore. The tower has 55 floors above ground and 5 arms extending from the tower towards the water. The arms each have a length of 100 meters. One of the arms [Arm no. 1] acts as a bridge connecting the tower with the land and is the main entrance for all traffic.

The Gap

The concept of the skyscraper is based on the idea that the skyscraper should engage with the city. This is done by connecting the now two separate buildings together with bridges, a vertical connection throughout the whole building open to the public. The gap allows for social interactions and an open connection from one side of the plot to the other.

RE GENERATOR

The initiative came about as a result of seeing how the "wetland" environment in Hangzhou, China, was being impacted by rapid population increase. The traditional and present construction methods are no longer appropriate. China's population will keep expanding, and if curent construction methods comtinued, this ecology will be utterly destroyed.
