SKRIZ` LITA [THROUGH THE YEARS]

We will show you a home where the main thing is not square meters - but family warmth. Our main goal was that the home should be cozy and comfortable for every resident and give each family member a cozy corner, as well as preserve the warmth of the family circle. Building awareness, multifunctional spaces, contemporary ukrainian design - thats our project.

A HOUSE FOR LIFE

This proposal is a house of sustainable living that aims to support a family for life with the feeling of a community within the family. In a city like Amsterdam, the lifestyle changes rapidly so we have to consider sustainability in the largest sense of the word, about maintaining something over a long period of time and minimizing waste and resources.

CO-LIVING HOUSE

The residents of this house are six people from three different generations. They are three couples, aged 20, 40 and 60, respectively. They have known each other for a long time and feel like family to one another. On this basis, the first decision taken was for a building whereby everything is shared. There are no walls in the house.

Nano Nest

The Nano Nest project is in response to the competition brief and aims to explore how refugees can be housed in the small spaces that dot the classical Cities of Europe. Through using the architectural typology of Rome, the project aims to help a multi-generational family of 6 adapt to their new home, whilst inviting the local residents into the home.

HANGING SPACES

The building follows the reduction of functional zones in order to create open light,air-permeable common areas and increase the communication between the residents. Three residential units were equalized in height and also kept in an organic design language. The open facade transports the interior to the outside and conveys the image of floating room units.

Turning a house for two into a Dormitory for six. Many elders in Taipei are living alone in a big house, lack of caring. So we decided to change the elders' house into a dormitory for exchange-students outside the university. Sharing experiences and take care of each other under the same roof.

The core idea of this project is the house as a place of community. The programme is very open and spaces are shared even with the neighbourhood. The design allows the community to grow or the individual to take up space.

The Home Kit

A "knock down" or kit system house concept for lower-middle income family living in a dense tropical city. A joint family of 6 members contains 3 generations and the house promotes family living, sustainability and self-sufficiency.

The design is about a dwelling, in the old city of Jodhpur in the Hot and Dry state of Rajasthan in India. The user is a designer and exporter of handicrafts and artifacts. It revolves around catering to a residence for a family of 6 people. The key elements are ventilation and sunlight.

Malwa Pods is located in the Dense area of Malwa Mill, Indore, India. It proposes a creative solution to tackle modern-day space crunch problems by respecting traditional Indian values and modern-day requirements. It is strongly inspired by historic events and the traditional architecture of Indore. Hence ties back strongly to the context.

The main idea behind this project was on one side to simplify the structural parts of the building, making it more affordable for families to build. On the other side to create shareable rooms, which in the end increase the size of every private room.

This is a house that addresses the challenges of compact living in a typical Greek city with a semi-arid climate. The sustainable design of the house incorporates various strategies to address environmental aspects, cost and energy efficiency, the physical and mental well-being of the occupants while trying to accommodate a typical family's lifestyle.

Kotachiwadi represents a charming neighbourhood of vernacular dwellings and quaint domestic architecture within the heart of Mumbai. The user profile is of a real life family where the father of second generation is a dwarf . The house has been designed in such a way that the person with this disability is humbly provided for, in every little aspect.

Immigrant Family's Dream

With the wish of a world free of violence and war, we envisioned a Syrian family that is migrating to neighboring Lebanon and the city of Beirut as a result of civil war, unrest and conflict. We seek to make up for the psychological damage of war to this family.
