A Visionary Architectural Concept

Villa Minimale merges two iconic inspirations: Villa Rotonda by Andrea Palladio in Vicenza, Italy, and Kings Road House by R. M. Schindler in Los Angeles, USA. The resulting design maximizes utility while embracing an open, airy aesthetic.

The house's design is dictated by strict local building laws, with a maximum gross floor area of 35 m² and a building height of 5 meters. Despite these constraints, Clemens Kirsch Architektur transformed these limitations into a creative advantage, crafting a space that feels expansive and inviting.

Seamless Integration with Nature

A defining characteristic of Villa Minimale is its seamless integration with the natural environment. Large windows and an open layout allow the surrounding landscape to flow into the interior, creating a continuous dialogue between the indoors and outdoors.
