Post-prison rehabilitation center
Aurora projesi, hapisten çıkan bireylerin topluma yeniden uyum sağlamasını destekleyen bir rehabilitasyon merkezidir. “Aurora” kelimesi yeni bir başlangıcı ve umut dolu bir süreci sembolize eder. Proje, bireyleri fiziksel, ruhsal ve sosyal olarak güçlendirmeyi amaçlayan üretim tabanlı bir yaşam alanı sunmaktadır.
Tasarım, merkezde bulunan büyük bir avlu etrafında şekillenmiştir. Bu avlu, yeşil alanlar, oturma alanları ve su elemanları ile sakin ve destekleyici bir ortam sunmaktadır. Bireysel konaklama birimleri, sağlık hizmetleri, spor alanları ve mesleki atölyeler ile çevrilidir. Konaklama birimleri doğaya bakacak şekilde planlanmış olup, bireyin hem kendi alanına sahip olmasını hem de toplumla bağlantısını sürdürmesini sağlamaktadır.
Yemek pişirme ve pasta atölyeleri hem bireyin meslek edinmesine hem de merkez ile toplum arasında bağ kurulmasına yardımcı olur. Kamusal kafeler ve restoranlar gibi alanlar bu etkileşimi destekler.
Aurora sadece bir bina değil; bireylere ikinci bir şans veren ve onları topluma yeniden entegre etmeyi amaçlayan bir yaşam alanıdır. Her detay, dönüşüm ve iyileşme sürecini desteklemek için dikkatlice tasarlanmıştır.
