Intersphere: A Space Center That Invites You on a Journey to the Unknown
Exploring the Cosmos Through Futuristic Architecture – Where Innovation Meets the Infinite Universe
Exploring the Future of Futuristic Architecture
The universe is an ever-changing game of contrast—a dynamic composition of light and shadow, evolution and stagnation, existence and void. It is a compilation of untamed powers capable of shaping our planet and humanity in the blink of an eye. This project finds inspiration in the cosmic collisions that create stars, galaxies, and planetary systems, translating these celestial events into cutting-edge futuristic architecture.
As the universe shifts and expands, humanity aspires to conquer larger domains of space. This project is an attempt to harness that vastness, creating an architectural space that serves both as an exhibition and a research hub—an environment that merges exploration with comfort, offering a glimpse into the potential for interplanetary inhabitation. Life on Earth is just the beginning. As we set our sights on the Moon and beyond, a whole new conception of architectural possibilities emerges, blending science, technology, and sustainable space architecture.

About the Project
Designed by Oskar Szymańczyk, Grzegorz Górnikiewicz, and Marek Szlęk, this innovative work was a shortlisted entry in the Moontrip 2019 competition, reflecting a bold step toward the future of futuristic architecture.
This architectural concept challenges our perception of inhabitable spaces, merging cosmic inspiration with innovative design principles. It stands as a testament to human ingenuity, pushing the boundaries of architecture beyond Earth’s atmosphere.
“So remember to look up at the stars and not down at your feet. Try to make sense of what you see and wonder about what makes the universe exist. Be curious. And however difficult life may seem, there is always something you can do and succeed at.” – Stephen Hawking
