Developed by Oxford Properties Group, Mitsubishi Estate Asia (MEA), and Investa, the tower exemplifies sustainable architecture, transit-oriented development, and modern workplace design.

According to Gerard Evenden, Head of Studio at Foster + Partners, Parkline Place is one of Sydney’s most well-connected commercial hubs, benefiting from direct access to public transit and an enhanced pedestrian-friendly environment. Strategically positioned between the Central Business District (CBD) and Midtown Precinct, the tower offers flexible office spaces, premium amenities, and vibrant retail zones, setting a new standard for workplace design in Australia.
