A modular, sustainable using bioplastic material produced from recycled wastes, flexible, and temporary housing design is aimed, using optimum space for maximum comfort conditions, having natural light and ventilation, contextually compatible, and contributing physically and socially to its location in the vacant plot located in NYC.
