How much is a "like" worth?
The tower type is valid for office buildings in which people as a general rule enter and leave at the same time and perform the same job. A number of individual or group offices, co-working or other variants are always present. So let's try this type for a prison. They are equal cells (offices) with spaces for co-working (workshops, communication..)

Overall a well presented scheme - a little fanciful in terms of cost to achieve it, but interesting nevertheless.
Presentation is oke, but main concept still is a prison . Why should it be a high rise building ? It is Piranesi instead of Pinaresi (see explanation). To work in a regular office can be also a punishment :)
One of the great advantages of a minimum footprint is the amount of available space surrounding the project. I am left wondering what the role of the ground ring of space is. Is this just an exclusion zone?
How is the possibility of sucides among inmates tackled in a vertical structure like this?
