The Sheltering centre
The Sheltering centre is commited to be a space where all of the homeless people could find help, shelter and even start a new life. The building is devided into four levels, each of them has its own purpose to change the future of not only parking spaces, but also homeless people.

Really like the start of the idea of an attempt to tackle social issue in housing for the homeless. As far as I want the proposal to succeed, the execution has not been translated well into the proposed design.
I think you can work on the sustainability so the building is self-sufficient, together with adding more greenery. For example not only self-sufficient in energy, water treatment, ... but also like rooftop farming. So there's food for everyone.
