The first image is really the strongest part of the project, and indicates that the designer has some good instincts when it comes to getting your attention quickly and the making you want to know more about the design. It is a pity that there is no follow through, and the overall result seems in the end disjointed and with some problematic stylistic presentation choices, like the cartoon boxers and the font use.
It appears nicely as the symbolic object. I would like to see new relationship with the exterior space with new concept of program. The competition requires something new concept beyond just a architectural appearance.
