The project covers tangible and intangible built forms merging with the landscape of the site, in Ranchi, Jharkhand. A better platform is thought for the specialists and for the crowd to contribute something meaningful in areas of contemporary fine arts, literature, theater, cinema, dance and music in well catered platform.

When the first Bharat Bhavan was commissioned, it sought to represent the then contemporary aspirations of Indian society. The story of Chandigarh which parallels that of Bharat Bhavan, has been selected as the site due to its strong modernist context - a vision that sees architecture in planes and volumes, and takes it a step beyond Le Corbusier's architect

An icon which takes you to the ultimate reality of how you belong to this nation. The intimacy of design is that it?s not exemplifying a certain religion or architecture of a certain region. Bharat Bhavan- Srinagar, is a center for learning and sharing the culture of Jammu & Kashmir. The built mass is designed to be unique in form and yet connect with the traditional values of Kashmiri art and architecture. The simple geometry and sober interiors are meant to highlight the art it contains.
