Connecting City
Design approaches that integrate communities, infrastructure, and local identity into urban environments.
Connecting City explores how architecture and design can strengthen relationships between people, places, and urban systems. The work addresses contemporary challenges of mobility, sustainability, and cultural continuity in evolving cities.
The community examines modular and adaptive urban strategies, local-responsive design interventions, and infrastructure projects that serve as connective tissue between neighborhoods and communities. Projects range from transit hubs and hospital redesigns to mobile architecture systems and embroidery-based placemaking.
