Inspired by the harmony between the built environment and nature, the design integrates passive cooling, greenc roof, sustainable water systems, and renewable energy to create a human-centered workplace that emphasize the comfort, health, & dignity of employees.
A strong and thoughtful thesis that brings nature, environmental performance, and worker wellbeing into the industrial workplace. Further technical refinement of the environmental systems could make this promising proposal even more effective.

An addition of great ideas that would benefit from becoming one whole. A more synthetic approach would make the project to more than the sum of its parts, especially given the presentation skills.

The strategy employs limestone, oak, and photovoltaic skins to ensure thermal equilibrium. Through rainwater harvesting and Poniente breeze channeling, the central Oasis facilitates evaporative cooling, offering a resilient, ecological model.

Too focused on bamboo, so the idea exploration was limited. However, the space programming is quite interesting and represents the native’s way of life by creating an intimate communal space.
There's some kind of clarity of idea here, but no new innovation on how 'floating' itself may affect the forming of grid settlement, the shape of the house and the life habit which reflect on the plan of the house. It feels like a conventional kampong has just been relocated over water. However the presentation is simple and exquisite.
Just like in my dream.
