People are in a rush between their home and workplaces. They sometimes miss the opportunity to pause, look around and feel good. At this point in-between spaces (between home and workplace) in cities draw attention. Our concept is an in-between space which creates an escape point from daily rush.

Architecture it is an ongoing adaptation to the multiple conflicting forces flowing through society. Our project offers an alternative reality where standardization utilized to create a costume environment that express the students experience in living abroad. And how architecture Intervene to make it less alien and more enjoyable one.

One of the few projects to address environmental issues. Could have developed a more interesting core and a structural system to attached or add program around. Loved the phrase "amusement ride of information"

Urban Retrofit The Col
Very interesting solution, with great aesthetic and constructive concern. The issues addressed in terms of efficiency, versatility and modularity have become fundamental in the overall presentation.
The project lacks of a good architectural sollution that can be well read both from outside and inside. From inside it looks excessive. From outside it does not improve the previous situation. Could really bennefit from using the references presented as a start.

Metatopia Playground
It is remarkable how a modular structure can become friendly light and transparent, avoiding as well the corners created by grids and polygon based modules. The absence of corners results in a welcoming geometry for a playground and that is a good decission. Bringing up nature and learning to the games is also an extra value.
This projects presents playing and farming in a comprehensive design which is an interesting educational point of view. Nowadays, learning through games proves to be an effective and valuable initiative and this project targets both at a time. One of the values of the proposal is the chance to use it from outside the "baskets", we encourage the participants to research this opportunity they created for an even more valuable adaptation to the context.
