Lalla Takerkoust dam occupies a most important position in suppliying the water of the urban region of Marrakech, and also for the agricultural usage at the center of the Haouz plain. Lalla Takerkoust dam's artificial lake is touted as a tourist attraction for swimming, sunbathing and paddle-boating by the regional council of tourism.
Regarding topography - what does the red line in CAD file define? As it does not relate to the topography lines. How should we consider the shore outline?
Hi Klaudia,
The sources for topography and shore outlines are different - The timings and the conditions of taking these observations hence will be different. We want you to take this more indicative rather than absolute. You can use the closest topographic line to the shoreline as the final one.
Hope this helps.
Hello,
You can drop only 1 level below the ground for some functions like parking, services or ancillary activities. You are free to use it for other main functions too but you should have a solid justification for it.
Hello,
The amount of detailing for the car park is up to your design, but the main focus of this challenge is to efficiently design a cultural centre according to the brief and programmatic outline.
It would be great if you could help me with the information about the topography and geometry of the site. Also, please guide me with the following questions.

One more question - Could the location of the access road be changed - moved to one side sliglthy?
Yes you may do that as long as you are connecting the road to the straight edge. Best UNI

Are any of the trees on the site a heritage tree and are allowed to remove any?
Hello, There are no heritage trees on the site but it is recommended to preserve or use them effectively in your design.
Also are we supposed to design the full car park or just the circulation and the space?

Is there a small lake in the middle of the site? How many floors are allowed? Do I have to send the works immediately after registration?
