Nhã Homestay: A Serene Coastal Retreat in Vũng Tàu by Hoohoo Studioo
Nhã Homestay in Vũng Tàu blends coastal-inspired design, natural rocks, sustainable renovation, and fluid indoor-outdoor spaces for serene guest experiences.
Nestled at the foot of Lighthouse Mountain (Núi Hải Đăng), Nhã Homestay is a thoughtfully renovated coastal retreat in Vũng Tàu City. Designed by Hoohoo Studioo, this project transforms an existing residential structure into a modern short-term rental that balances cost efficiency, minimal demolition, and fast investment payback.

Harmonizing Architecture with Nature
Inspired by the stone beaches and dynamic waves of Vũng Tàu, the design of Nhã Homestay blurs the line between interior and exterior spaces. By integrating the original site's natural rocks into the interior, these elements serve both functional and aesthetic purposes, creating a seamless connection between the home and its surrounding landscape.

The flowing “waves of grass” extend from the mountain into the property, offering guests tranquil views that rejuvenate the senses after exploring the lively city. This design approach ensures that every stay immerses visitors in the natural beauty of the region, from the soothing rhythm of crashing waves to the tactile presence of stone and greenery.

Sustainable and Contextual Design
Sustainability is central to Nhã Homestay’s concept. The renovation emphasizes preserving natural elements, minimizing environmental impact, and creating a harmonious relationship between humans and nature. The project demonstrates that careful planning and design can deliver a luxurious yet environmentally conscious coastal retreat.

Interior and Landscape Integration
From the interior layouts to the surrounding landscape, Nhã Homestay celebrates a fluid architectural language. Functional rocks, locally inspired materials, and natural lighting come together to foster a calm and restorative atmosphere. Guests are invited to experience the coastal lifestyle of Vũng Tàu without compromising modern comfort.
Whether wandering along the stone beaches, enjoying scenic views from the homestay, or relaxing amidst the interior greenery, visitors experience a seamless integration of architecture, landscape, and natural serenity.
