Each panel was sorted by surface area, before it finally ran through a script that further subdivided each triangular face. Based on the height of the panel, it would delete a different number of faces.


This results in the paneling shown below. The highest and lowest regions of the pavilion have less material deleted from the panels, leaving it more opaque. The middle region is the most visually porous.
