What is life like after a crisis? For those who lose their homes, streets, routines, and sense of safety in a single moment, survival is not only a matter of shelter. It is also a matter of time, memory, dignity, and hope. Reborn, Plan and Hope for Survival, a project by Soheib Rahmani, approaches this question through the lens of earthquake resilient architecture, proposing a framework where emergency response, urban repair, and community rebuilding become one connected system.

The project is Reborn,Plan HOPE set in Tabriz, Iran, a city with a deep historical identity and a vulnerable seismic condition.
