STEALTH House by APOLLO Architects & Associates – Luxury Urban Residence in Tokyo
STEALTH House in Tokyo blends urban luxury and resort-style living, featuring infinity pool, private garage, rooftop dog run, and serene, modern design.
Perched elegantly on elevated terrain in central Tokyo, STEALTH House by APOLLO Architects & Associates embodies the perfect fusion of urban sophistication and serene resort-style living. This 214 m² private residence, completed in 2025, transforms conventional city living into an exclusive retreat, offering unparalleled privacy, security, and luxury amenities.

Designed for both function and leisure, the house features a solid, discreet facade that shields its interiors from outside view, ensuring an intimate, secluded environment. Upon entry, residents are greeted by a built-in garage capable of accommodating eight prized cars, illuminated by natural light from north-facing windows, showcasing the homeowner’s collection with elegance.

A spiral staircase ascends from the double-height entrance hall, connecting the upper and lower floors seamlessly. The basement hosts a sunlit gym, along with specialized spaces for golf practice and karaoke, allowing residents to enjoy recreation and wellness without leaving home. The second floor includes private quarters with a north-facing balcony, master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, family bathroom, and children’s rooms with dedicated storage spaces. From the study, a glass wall offers a view into the entrance hall, maintaining visual continuity across levels.

The third floor is a hub of social living, featuring an L-shaped living room and a semi-open kitchen that remains connected to dining and lounge areas. Expansive north- and south-facing windows provide abundant natural light, while strategically placed louvers ensure privacy while diffusing gentle sunlight throughout. On the south terrace, three sliding glass panels retract fully, merging indoor and outdoor living spaces. A 2.7-meter-deep overhang protects the terrace from direct sun and rain, enhancing year-round comfort.

A luxurious infinity pool, edged with lush greenery, extends the resort-like ambiance to the outdoors. The rooftop includes a dedicated dog run, reinforcing the home’s holistic approach to urban living for all family members, including pets.

STEALTH House perfectly integrates the comfort of a private residence with the amenities and atmosphere of a boutique hotel, offering an immersive resort-style living experience within Tokyo’s urban landscape. The thoughtful design balances aesthetics, privacy, and functionality, setting a benchmark for modern luxury homes in dense city contexts.
