Timeout: A Vision in Parametric Architecture
Blurring the lines between art and architecture, where parametric design transforms surreal motion into a tangible experience.
The Timeout is a 7-feet-high pavilion designed using cutting-edge parametric architecture techniques. Composed of abstract components that resemble animals in motion, it swirls into an endless, dynamic form. This architectural marvel embodies a forced dichotomy between the playful and the grotesque, evoking childhood memories and surreal dreams.

As a shortlisted entry in Architecture on the Clock, Timeout was conceived by visionary designers Yuheng Ouyang and Yu Zhou. The interplay of form and fluidity in this parametric structure reflects the future of experimental design, where static and dynamic elements merge seamlessly.
