with so many open spaces it would have been interesting to see some landscape design that would better integrate the whole

The project proposal is about the appropriation of the residuales spaces that are currently the result of the existing turns between the crossings of two avenues. With a geometric adaptation in the implantation space that will allow the building to be adapted to different terrain cases.
