The project was developed in response to demographic changes and the evolving needs of society that accompany them. The construction was designed to allow adaptable floor plans and flexible arrangements of living spaces, which extends the life of the building.

COLLECTIVE LIV[IN]G FOR INDIVIDUALS Nano Nest 2.0 is an advanced living system where young individuals can have living units according to their needs, economic ability, locations, and the partners they choose to share with. Their information data will configure the units which can be reconfigurable over time with the changing needs.
BLOCK CONNECTED
The concept of the project originates from the bricklaying, where bricks are simply connected to form the whole through concretes. Living space is regarded as entity space, as brick, and public space as virtual space, as the binder, which connects living space tightly, creating a Residential Complex of "Residence+Commerce+Office"
Haven
Social connections, both constant and transient, are essential to human health and in overcoming trauma. Haven has been designed to build and strengthen these connections on different levels: connecting with a roommate, sharing a flat, being a neighbour, or engaging with society through commercial ventures.

BACK TO HUMAN REALITY
The project is based on recalling the trade basics established on a seller - buyer relationship, direct contact with the customer and peoples' contact with the product. The project assumes a return to the medieval concept of the market as a meeting place and a center of social life. Our retail of the future is a retail moving back to human reality.
This is a really beautiful proposal that avoid the trap of presenting a dystopian future.
A well-developed and technically detailed proposal that responds thoughtfully to changing residential needs through adaptable planning. Further refinement of spatial efficiency and access could make the concept even more effective.
