CONNECT. An adaptable multi-family building located at 22 Kochanowskiego Street in Poznan

The project was developed in response to demographic changes and the evolving needs of society that accompany them. The construction was designed to allow adaptable floor plans and flexible arrangements of living spaces, which extends the life of the building.

Khalil Taleeslami
Juror

A well-developed and technically detailed proposal that responds thoughtfully to changing residential needs through adaptable planning. Further refinement of spatial efficiency and access could make the concept even more effective.

AABHAS -a sense of home

They build our cities, yet live without a place in them. This project reimagines housing for migrant workers-not as shelter, but as dignity. Modular, mobile, and co-created, it moves with them, grows with them, and uplifts their families with creche, workshops, and safe spaces. A home that respects culture, empowers women, and builds community.dfbhsetnhjsetn

Living space is regarded as entity space, as brick, and public space as virtual space, as the binder, which connects living space tightly, creating a Residential Complex of "Residence+Commerce+Office"

BACK TO HUMAN REALITY

The project is based on recalling the trade basics established on a seller - buyer relationship, direct contact with the customer and peoples' contact with the product. The project assumes a return to the medieval concept of the market as a meeting place and a center of social life. Our retail of the future is a retail moving back to human reality.
