Landscape Immersion
Designing spaces where people experience landscapes through sensory engagement, environmental interaction, and immersive spatial design.
Ong Ho Island: A Brand-New Look
The new landscape design strengthens the identity of Ong Ho Island through a connected system of cultural spaces, ecological corridors, agricultural experiences, and smart technologies. Traditional gardens, heritage landmarks, waterways, and local communities are not replaced, but renewed and connected into a contemporary island experience.
Platform Park (Huddle)
The platform is a park designed for people of advanced age, where the impact of the usual to the natural is minimal. The intention of the park is to generate a space where users can travel, contemplate and meet. The continuity of a level from the highest point of the lot is considered, in order to generate a continuous step without irregularities.
Augmented Virtual Reality Mobile App Playground
This design of a playground space has implemented an augmented virtual reality mobile application throughout the playground space itself to allow the users to be able to scan a QR code to then choose the thematic concept game they want to participate in throughout the playground space.
Baoyi Huang Landscape Architecture Portfolio
This portfolio explores how landscape design can create meaningful connections between people, nature and place. Through ecological restoration, urban transformation and inclusive public spaces, the projects investigate how landscapes can support resilient environments and enrich everyday experiences.
Weaving Willow
Weaving, observed as essentially an act of intertwining twigs and strands of a plant, stems or grass into an object, is in this case observed abstracted of the strands and twigs, and as an intertwining of two wholes - the wetlands - as natural environment, and a building - a man made object that is inevitably disrupting nature by only its being.
LANDSCAPE EXPERIENCE GARDEN.
Children learn as they play, this is the source that they will understand more complex knowledge in the future, developing educational values such as creative, curious, proactive and motivated. Opposed to the old education system, very closely with the main goals and ideas aimed at bringing advantage of the natural environment as a source of learning.
Hivemind
The density and proximity of urbanites with an agricultural curiosity makes the south bank of London an ideal starting place for the HIVEMIND. Here collaborative city farming meets a framework for serious gaming.Players get the opportunity for farming, harvest and food production. Depending on interest, input and position every player plays a different game!
Footprints
This tropical retreat is an exploration of possibilities where people live in harmony with nature. By learning from the nature in place and the indigenous wisdom, our design emerges from and honors native context, becoming part of it, like trees in a forest, leaving a more regenerative footprint.

WATER SCARCITY
The main goal of this proposal is to reduce the impact of the increasingly scarce freshwater problem by establishing a network of environmentally friendly deployable towers. They can self-collect water, while their surroundings are freed from the installation of greenhouses and arable land.

Design and architectural components are too basic. . The imposition of forms is harsh and contrasting with the site, with no dialog. Too little interest in the imprint of the place and its expressive possibilities.
The functional choices and especially those on sustainability are convincing. However the typological study does not grasp the opportunity of an architectural integration with the context and relies on conventional geometries. A typological study and a more coherent response with contour lines would probably have corroborated the objectives of the initial design.
What a beautiful garden!
That's great!
Good Job! Well done!
