Captivating Design and Innovation

Casa Sussurro unfolds its contemporary charm, embracing an Italo-Brazilian family's desire for a sophisticated yet comfortable abode. The house, strategically oriented east-west, spans an expansive 1100 sq m plot, maximizing natural light and harnessing the refreshing trade wind ventilation. Divided into three distinct zones, the architectural masterpiece harmoniously blends functionality and aesthetics.

The heart of the home, a generously proportioned living room with an island kitchen, becomes a focal point for family interaction. With a soaring 3.6-meter ceiling, this space radiates comfort and conviviality. The seamless integration of the interior with a spacious veranda, overlooking a garden adorned with native flora, exemplifies Andracco's commitment to connecting architecture with the natural environment.

Sculptural Elements and Superior Craftsmanship

The architectural narrative of Casa Sussurro unfolds as one explores its unique volumes. The second volume houses services and installations, cleverly differentiated by height and adorned with local stone cladding, adding a touch of authenticity. Meanwhile, the third sector boasts three suites with bathrooms and an additional room, offering privacy and independence to its inhabitants.

The design is meticulous, with openings strategically positioned to provide solar protection and withstand intense rains. Andracco's attention to detail is evident in the sculptural elements, including handmade iron frames standing tall at 2.5 meters, enhancing both light entry and overall aesthetics. The walls, an impressive 60 cm thick with a double layer, not only provide superior insulation but also exude elegance.

The veranda, adorned with exposed beams, serves as a natural extension of the living space, emphasizing essentiality and innovation.
