- Offline Workshop: December 20-21, 2023An offline workshop for further engagement and clarification regarding the competition.
- Deadline for Submissions / Initial Review / Shortlisted Works for Public Voting: January 26-31, 2024Deadline for entrants to submit their designs, followed by an initial review and the shortlisting of works for public voting.
- Final Judging / Selection of Winning Entries: February 1-4, 2024Final assessment by the jury to select the winning entries.
- Announcement of the Final Results: February 5, 2024The final results of the competition will be announced to the public.
Jury

Awards
The competition offers an exciting prize pool and substantial subsidies to foster architectural innovation:
- Prize Pool: Nearly 150,000 RMB available for the winners in the category of Upgrading and Renovation of Fishing Row Dwellings, recognizing the most innovative and sustainable designs that improve the living standards of the local community.
- Subsidies: Up to 10 million RMB in construction subsidies for the Public Space Construction of the Fishing Rows, aimed at developing communal areas that enhance social interaction and cultural expression.
*Note: The organizers will provide construction subsidies based on a standard rate of 1,000-3,000 RMB per square meter for a building area not exceeding 1,000 m². The actual subsidy amount will be determined upon the signing of the operational investment cooperation agreement and will be distributed in stages as specified in the agreement.
