The sound of the alarm woke me up, the surrounding was unknown to me, but the

Warmth of the light shining through the window above my bed, the flower pot in the corner of the room and the roughness of my bedsheet which reminded me of my childhood, looked familiar; yet I was wondering... where am I?

I was counting the days in order to prepare for my new work day.

Suddenly someone entered the room, he introduced himself as my son, pulled the curtain, shared me a pitiful look and helped me out of my bed so to get ready for breakfast.

The table was crowded, everyone in the family _ two small boys and a young lady_ were sitting next to my so called son and were deep into a daily conversation, I could not find myself anywhere during those talks, like I did not belong. I kept looking for my family and my work and they kept telling me that I have not had a job for a long time and these people around the table were all that was left of my family, all these words were said to me with a sense of frustration and even a little anger.

I felt hollow and empty inside and the need of communication and a social life which I could belong to, kept growing.

The memory of a human has evolved in a way to reminisce whatever has a certain meaning, therefore forgets things which lack the sense of significance. We do certain acts during the day, taking a shower, drinking coffee, working, and going to bed at the end of the day, and we keep repeating this cycle, repeating these useless actions.

Although the mind sometimes tends to forget the meaningful things as well, but the reason why, is the lack of enouph entry and data in order to restore or create a memory.

Losing any of mind's abilities cause us fear and stress, cause our memory defines who we are.

Repetition does not always imply something as negligible, rather it can help remembering the forgotten.

Passing through the way that reminds us of our imployee life in past and entering the field that determines our current life can give us a sense of usefulness again and also help to stabilize memories and reconstruct them.nature is one of the pillars and concepts of the existence of every person and a place without tension and stress, and its integration and connection with the urban environment with the flow of daily life will create a meaningful atmosphere. The single tree in the square below Void is a symbol of the person suffering from dementia, who moved along the designed green path, passed the gate, and by turning around the square and performing useful activities, grew, nurtured and finally this excellence causes the tree to come out of the buildingThe created pilot space, in the first place, tries to express the deep and complete connection between the site - the new life space - and its surroundings - the space where the person has lived for years - to express the non-separation of the person with dementia. from the urban environment and their society. Also, a pilot space has been created connection between nature and building.

Dealing with a person with Dementia's disease requires a lot of care. We should not behave him With impatience like he is child. He needs to be  useful and like others has to belong to the Social environment.

In our initial idea, we considered a village dedicated to people with Dementia. A space where he can walk, shop and visit cafes in an environment similar to his own neighberhood.

A continuing reason for not finalizing this idea is the complete isolation of a person with Dementia from the city. An occurrence that may cause stress and increase consternation.

in the patient due to the unfamiliar environment. Due to the dominant fabric of the villages and the presence of many squares and alleys in the villages, patients with Dementia will not feel comfortable and they will feel lost.

Passing through the  way that reminds us of our imployee life in past and entering the field that determines our current life can give us a sense of usefulness again and also help to stabilize memories and reconstruct them.

At the first step, the rectangular site divided into two section of workshop space and service space.

By creating this separation, we draw a line between pity and indifference.

Considering the importance of nature in the spirit and human relations, by removing the lower part of the volume and creating piloti, the two side green parts of the site are connected with each other and the lower part of the building is reminiscent of former agricultural lands

Deducting a part from the volume of the service area, in order to eliminate its soulless and indifferent atmosphere and establish a connection with the green area.
