Architectural Identity and Public Presence

With its striking red exposed concrete facade, the building asserts a strong yet inviting presence. The material choice pays homage to craftsmanship, reflecting the Jäger Group’s expertise in construction. The headquarters serves not just as a workspace but as a symbol of technological innovation, featuring an adaptable layout that encourages openness and flexibility. Floor-to-ceiling windows, modular workspaces, and a central courtyard foster an atmosphere of collaboration and transparency.

A Contemporary Take on Historical Urban Spaces

At the main entrance, a small plaza on Herrengasse extends the city’s long-standing tradition of interconnected public squares. This welcoming forecourt seamlessly transitions into the lobby, an expansive space that also functions as an event venue. Its 300 uniquely shaped concrete cutouts on the ceiling subtly reference the company’s technical prowess while enhancing spatial aesthetics. The lobby's full-height glazing opens into the inner courtyard, providing unparalleled versatility for corporate and public gatherings.

A Workspace Designed for Collaboration

The first and second floors host an open-plan office layout, ensuring all departments maintain equal prominence. At the heart of the building, a charismatic elliptical courtyard acts as a social hub, bringing in natural light and reinforcing connectivity. Semi-public areas such as meeting rooms, lounges, and communal kitchens overlook this vibrant core, while individual offices face outward, maximizing privacy without sacrificing accessibility.

At the top levels, the executive offices and communal spaces offer panoramic views of Bludenz, complemented by an outdoor terrace. The inclusion of a shared kitchen, bar, and seminar room transforms these floors into a space that prioritizes social interaction and relaxation, fostering a strong sense of community among employees.

Materiality and Craftsmanship: A Refined Rawness

The building’s interior design further elevates the concept of a "refined raw structure." Exposed warm-toned concrete, polished terrazzo flooring, and oak wood furnishings create an aesthetic balance between robustness and warmth. Carefully integrated acoustic elements ensure comfort, making the headquarters not only visually impressive but also a highly functional, adaptable workspace. The facade’s rhythmic vertical fins lend a dynamic appearance that shifts with natural light and weather conditions, reinforcing the building’s architectural depth.
