Elevated Living in Harmony with the Terrain

Built on a gently rising site, the house cleverly responds to the topography. A broad artificial plateau was created to elevate the structure, giving every room a privileged view of the surrounding landscape. This not only resolved the slope but also established a grand visual and spatial relationship between the home and its environment.

Spatial Organization: Separation and Flow

The residence is structured into two main zones—a private wing with five spacious suites and a vibrant social core, which includes integrated living, dining, gourmet kitchen, and leisure areas. An additional service area provides discreet accommodations for staff, ensuring comfort and functionality for extended stays and gatherings.

Inside-Out Connectivity and Courtyard Culture

Two unique outdoor courtyards serve as focal points and connectors within the home. A central patio, enclosed yet open to the sky, offers a secluded retreat, perfect for intimate conversation and quiet reflection. On the opposite side, a panoramic terrace extends from the social area, framing breathtaking views and connecting to an infinity pool, spa, and fireplace zone—a true celebration of outdoor living.

Adaptive Privacy: Metal Brise-Soleils as Design Element

The private bedroom volume is wrapped in slatted metal brise-soleils, which provide sun shading, ventilation, and a distinct minimalist identity. These panels are sometimes fixed, sometimes operable, offering both privacy and flexibility. When closed, they present a clean rectangular form; when open, they reveal balconies and the surrounding views, transforming the volume into a dynamic architectural element.
